Winning Not Fighting
Winning Not Fighting (Penguin, 2019) is the bestselling book by Julian Hitch and John Vincent.
It offers a different perspective on success - drawing on the principles of Wing Tsun to challenge conventional thinking about performance, leadership and achievement.
At its core is a simple idea: that the highest levels of performance are not achieved through force, but through mastery, clarity and intelligent action.
The book explores how these principles were applied in practice, including the growth of LEON Restaurants from 17 to 71 locations, increasing value from £10 million to £100 million.

Wing Tsun Kung Fu
Wing Tsun Kung Fu is the foundation of this work - a method for enhancing life through physical practice.
At its core, Wing Tsun is a system of enlightenment through physicality - developing the ability to deal with the worst and create the best. This approach draws on a lineage spanning more than 1,500 years, from the founder of Zen Buddhism through to Yip Man, Bruce Lee and Julian Hitch.
It is also highly practical, preparing individuals to deal with real-world conflict, pressure and uncertainty. Training develops natural movement, awareness and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, while deepening understanding of oneself and others through direct experience.
Julian has spent more than twenty-seven years studying and teaching the system and is a recognised master within it.
